Warranty

Every camera sold by Lens Cellar is covered by our own limited warranty for one year from the delivery date. This warranty is provided by Lens Cellar, not by GoPro. GoPro's own warranty does not apply to this unit.

What is covered

  • The camera fails to power on, record, play back or charge under normal use.
  • A screen, button, door latch or port stops working.
  • Water intrusion while the doors are properly closed, within the rated depth (10 m / 33 ft), with no visible damage to the seals.
  • The included Enduro battery drops below 70% of its rated capacity within the first six months.

What is not covered

  • Drops, impacts, crushing, or use outside the rated depth or temperature.
  • Scratches, scuffs and other cosmetic wear that appear after delivery.
  • Damage from third-party batteries, chargers, housings or firmware not released by GoPro.
  • Any unit that has been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than Lens Cellar.
  • Accessories other than the battery (mount, buckle, thumb screw, cable), which are covered by the 30-day return window only.
  • Loss of footage or data.

How a claim works

  1. Email support@lenscellar.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and a short video or photos if possible.
  2. We reply within one business day with troubleshooting steps or a prepaid return label (contiguous US).
  3. We test the camera within 3 business days of receiving it. If the fault is covered, we repair it or replace it with an equivalent unit in the same condition grade. If no replacement is available, we refund the purchase price.
  4. If the fault is not covered, we tell you before doing anything, and you can have the camera returned to you at no charge.

Terms

  • The warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • A replacement unit keeps the original warranty end date.
  • Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the camera.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.
